RETURN/EXCHANGES

At Two Até, we want you to love every pair of footwear you purchase from us. However, Kindly note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you simply dislike the footwear, find minor flaws, have issues with the packaging or notice slight colour differences, We encourage you to carefully review the available pictures, descriptions and size chart before purchasing as we cannot accept returns or exchanges based solely on such issues.

Here's everything you need to know for our hassle-free Returns & Exchange policy:

Timeframe:

You have upto 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a Return or Exchange for any product, provided it's in an unused condition.

How to Initiate:

Initiating a return or exchange is easy. Simply log in to Your Account and follow the simple steps outlined there.

Proof of Return:

To have your request approved, a mandatory unboxing video showing the original packaging is required for claims regarding missing items or damaged/incorrect footwear. Once your request is approved, please ensure you obtain a receipt from the courier partner as proof of return. This will help us process your return promptly

Exceptions:

Please note that products ordered from third-party marketplaces are not eligible for replacement, return, or refund. For assistance with such purchases, kindly contact their support teams directly.

Sale Items:

Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

Manufacturing Defects:

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours and provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the original packaging along with the damaged or incorrect item. We will quickly replace the product or issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Condition of Returned Items:

For a successful return or exchange, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

Please Note that shipping amounts are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of delivering your order to you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order as long as its status is 'Placed.' Simply reach out to us at twoate28@gmail.com, available Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days of cancellation approval.

Once an order has been shipped/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice to the customer.

Two Até reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any request for refund or exchange will be accepted only after proper inspection of the said request and is under the sole discretion of Two Até to Accept or Deny any such Request.
